The GREAT Breakaways Marathon, formerly the GREAT Breakaways Bolt, is receiving recognition as an excellent event with lots of potential by becoming a finalist in the South Australian Regional Awards in the Sporting category.
Coober Pedy was recognised throughout the night in a variety of categories and ended up receiving three red pears (winner of category) and one golden pear (hall of fame inductee). This is a great result for our town!
